The manual features over 100 coloured pictures.
Federico Mana was born in 1975. He played basketball at a competitive
level until the age of twenty, but already at the age of seven years old he was
practicing swimming and this was the beginning of his attraction to the sea and
its depths. In 1994 he moved to Milan to study and at the same time he started
to broaden his knowledge of apnea and yoga. Federico, Academy Apnea Instructor
since 2002, decided to put the sea at the centre of his life and work, moving
then to Egypt and working as Freediving and Yoga Instructor.
Between 2007 and 2009 he set six Italian Freediving Records in all sea
disciplines.
He is now back to Italy where he is teaching Freediving and Yoga, organizing as
well trips and events to have the opportunity to practice these two wonderful
disciplines in the most beautiful seas in the world.
